FEES & PAYMENTS
All One Week, Two Week and LIT Session are payable in full on May 15th, 2025. Each registration requires a non-refundable deposit. Registrations remain open after May 15th, however, we will require fees be paid in full after that date. If your family requires assistance, please contact our office.
There are 3 options to pay your fees at Sparrow Lake Camp.
1) Pay in Full (deposit included) before or after May 15th, 2025.
2) Pay deposit at registration and balance on May 15th, 2025
3) Easy Pay. Pay deposit at registration, then make set equal installment payments between registration and June15th, 2025. (Yes with this option you get an extra month to pay!)
Holiday Camps, and Pride Family Weekend are payable at checkout. Each registration requires a non-refundable deposit.
Payment Methods:
E-Check:
Is a service that you can enter your bank account details and the amounts will be withdrwan from your account on the specific date(s).
E-Transfer:
This is only avalible for Deposit and Balance Payments or full payment. You may e-transfer to jon@sparrowlakecamp.com. This service does not have a fee for payments, however, any refund done by E-transfer will have a $5.00 service fee added to the account for processing.
Bank/Debit Card:
If your Bank/Debit Card has a Visa or Mastercard symbol on it you can use it to pay and no additional fee will be chaged.
Cheque:

NSF payment are subject to an additional charge of $50.00
Credit Cards:
We accept Visa and Master Card only.
A transaction cost recovery fee of 2.8% will be added to each Credit Card transaction. If a Prepaid Card, Visa Debit or Debit MC is used, no fee will be applied.
Family Discount
For our families that are registering multiple children, from the same household, we do offer a 15% discount to each registration after the first child. The 15% discount will be applied to the lowest priced session(s).
Example:
Child #1 is registered for a 2 week session for $2160.00 (no discount)
Child #2 is registered for a 1 week session for $925.00 less a 15% discount of $138.75= $786.25
3-week LEADERSHIP Discount
When you register a camper for all three teen leadership programs (LIT, LIT Volunteer, AND Frontier Canoe Trip), you will receive $50 off the combined price of camp for that camper. Buses between the session are included the discount (and additional $60.00 in savings)
Example:
Camper is registered for 2 Week LIT A, LIT Volunteer A, pays just $2230.00 + HST (no additional discounts may apply)
CHANGING SESSIONS
Any change to enrolment must be sent in writing by mail or email specifying the campers full name and the session(s) that they wish to change.
If there is room in that session. The conformation of the change will be sent to you and an updated statement of account will be prepared. Any refunds for over-payment of fees will be made when the change in session is completed in our system.
Any changes made after May 15th require that any additional fees by paid in full before the change is made.
CANCELATION POLICY
All cancellations must be in writing and sent to jon@sparrowlakecamp.com.
If you cancel your child’s registration prior to May 15th, you will receive a refund, including your deposit, less a $50.00 administration fee.
If you cancel after May 15th, but before 21 days prior to the start of the session for which they are registered, you will receive all fees paid less the deposit.
If there are less than 21 days before the start of the session for which they are registered, no refunds will be given.
We recognize that each situation is unique. A partial refund may be provided at the discretion of the Executive Director. There is no guarantee of any refund after the 21-day cut off and further documentation may be required.
If a camper is sent home for camp for displaying violent behaviour toward campers or staff, knowingly acting in defiance of camp safety rules, or for other behaviour which, at the complete discretion of the Executive Director, is deemed incompatible with our ability to provide a safe and positive camp experience for all campers, no refund will be available.
It is vital to our ability to care for all campers that the medical information provided to us on the Camper Health Form be up to date. We also require notification of any changes to your child’s health status to the best of your knowledge prior to their arrival at camp. Should your child arrive at camp with a medical issue which has not been previously disclosed, and which puts them, or other campers at risk, we reserve the right to send them home at your expense, and may not offer any refund to camp fees paid.
CAMP CLOSURE & CAPACITY CHANGES
In the unlikely event that camp is forced to close, or reduce capacity for all or part of the season due to circumstances beyond our control, or by act of God, we will contact you directly and you will have the following options:
You can defer registration to 2026.
You can receive a full refund.
You may also wish to donate all or a portion of your deposit amount to help us bring Sparrow Lake back stronger in 2026.
In the event of a mid-summer closure. Refunds will be done on a pro-rated basis based on the date of the closure.
IMPROTANT: If you withdraw your registration prior to our announcement of a closure, you will still be subject to the cancellation policy above.
CAMPERSHIP FUND - FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Sparrow Lake Camp wants to make a summer camp experience available for every child. We provide a Campership funding for those families who are unable to pay the entire camp fee and would like some financial assistance. If you are interested in applying to the Campership Fund, please start your registration and select apply for campership option in the payment portion.
