Notes on cabins:
A larger cabin building, ‘The Academy’, sleeps 22 and contains two cabins separated by a large central gathering room as well as two single occupancy private rooms. If both cabins in the building are booked together, you will receive access to both the central gathering room and the two private rooms. Ideal for larger groups or multiple families looking to share a building. It can be booked by contacting our office at jon@sparrowlakecamp.com before registering.
Cabins 11-13 are situated around a large central outdoor gathering space. These three cabins share a fire pit, and are also ideal for large groups.
Bring your own bedding, pillows, sleeping bags. There is only one electrical outlet so a power bar with a long cord is an essential if you want to charge anything.
Notes on Campsites:
All register Campsite groups receive exclusive use of 1 campsite, which sleeps up to 12 people.
Tents are not included. You need to provide your own tent, sleeping bag, water bottles and any camping equipment you need.
CHECK-IN: 2:00 pm

The Fine Print:
This is a SAFE space. Discrimination, bullying, hatred or violence of any kind will not be tolerated. Any incidence will be investigated and may result in you being asked to leave, with no refund.
Participants under the age of 18 MUST be staying at camp with a parent or legal guardian. There will be no exceptions to this rule. Parents are responsible for their children at all times, with the exception of those registered in morning childcare sessions. Children may not be left alone in cabins at night, unless parents are within earshot at an adjacent campfire area.
Sparrow Lake Camp is not licensed facility, and as such open liquor is not allowed in shared or outdoor spaces.
We ask that anyone being in the vicinity of sleeping cabins after 10pm keep noise to an absolute minimum. The basketball courts will also be closed at this time. Groups who repeatedly make excessive noise at night and disturb others may be asked to leave. If you anticipate that your group will be loud, play music, etc. around the fire at night, you can request a more remote campfire area where these activities will not disturb others, however these fire areas are limited.
An appx. 30% deposit is required to secure your spot. This is calculated at checkout when registering. At least 3 weeks notice must be given before cancellation, otherwise your deposit may be forfeited.
All activities and programs remain subject to Public Health guidelines and current regulations. In the event that the program is forced be cancelled or make changes to capacity from what is outlined here, we will offer participants a complete refund of all fees paid should they no longer wish to, or be able to participate.
