Transportation:
As we are a small camp we do not have in camp drop off. We want our staff to be fully focused on giving your child the best experience when they arrive at Sparrow Lake. Having cars in camp creates a distraction for our staff and increased risk. In order to reduce that risk we only have transportation to and from camp by bus.
We provide transportation from 5 locations. One location very close to Camp in is located in Orillia, just off the highway. This option is great for parents that want to spend 90% of the drive to camp with their child. A school bus will then take them there remainder of the way into camp. There is no charge for the Orillia bus.
We also have 2 coach buses that service 4 locations that are in the Greater Toronto Area for parents who are not able to drive to Orillia. One Bus services Ajax & Toronto (401&DVP). The other Vaughn and Oakville/Missisagua. There is a fee of $30.00 (HST included) each way and space is limited.
For parents who are on Sparrow Lake or on the Trent Severn Waterway we do have the option of arrivng by boat as well.
