Hello all!! I am so excited to be coming back to Sparrow Lake Camp for Summer 2026, it's going to be a great one :) My name is Kimberly, I've been a Registered Practical Nurse for 11 years now, and a Summer Camp Nurse for 7 years!! Personally, it doesn't get better than this. I have worked in the past in the Emergency Department, health care trips to remote Dominican Republic villages, Labour and Delivery, Mental Health, Cancer and Palliative, Long Term Care and Retirement, though Summer Camp is Nurse Bliss! I'm also an Advanced Foot Care Nurse when Summer Camp is off-season, and I love this role as well. I'm also studying to be an Herbalist, and when I'm not working I am with my family, writing, watching a movie, or walking through the forest and learning about Canadian plant life!

Hi everyone!! My name is Kayla (she/her), and I am so excited to be returning to Sparrow this summer for my 3rd year on staff! Sparrow has been my happy place for as long as I can remember, and I can’t wait to see familiar and new faces this summer. I love so many things about camp, including campfires, sailing, making bracelets and of course smore’s pie!! This is my first year as nurse’s assistant and I couldn’t be more excited for this new opportunity! I can’t wait to make this summer the best one yet!
