CAMPERSHIP FUND
Sparrow Lake Camp wants every child to have the opportunity to experience camp. The Campership Fund of Sparrow Lake Camp assists families who are unable to pay the entire camp fee for their children.
In order to ensure there is a spot for your child or children we require that you register prior to applying for a campership.
The “Campership” pays for the Camp Fees only. Parents are required to pay for the HST and in most cases the required $350.00 per session, deposit covers the HST. The Campership does not cover any extra fees that may be incurred at camp, including but not limited to, Camp merchandise, prescriptions or emergency transportation.
In the event that a family does not have the current funding available for a deposit, A Campership is still an option for them. We will work with families in every way possible so their child or children have the opportunity to experience camp.
Any questions regarding the Campership process or registration please email Jon Fredrick at jon@sparrowlakecamp.com

The parents complete the form and submit it directly to our Campership Fund Committee (select members of our Board of Directors)
The Committee will review the information and get back to you with a decision, or to request further documentation regarding your financial needs.
You may be ask to provide your previous tax year’s Notice of Assessment for all household members, as well as account statements, or proof of other expenses.
We will acknowledge the receipt of all documents and The Committee Registrar member will contact you regarding the outcome of the application.
If the application was approved, the committee will inform the Camp registrar of the amount of funding awarded. The registrar will update the account and send the parents an updated statement.
