Whether you're a family, group of friends, or anywhere in between, our Holiday Camp welcomes all ages (with adult supervision) to enjoy the best of summer camp. With all-inclusive packages designed for fun and relaxation, this is your chance to reconnect with the people you love in a safe, welcoming, and peaceful natural setting.
Wake up to the breathtaking sunrise over the lake, or enjoy a leisurely sleep-in until noon. It’s your time to unwind and do things your way. With five exciting activity periods each day and 126 acres of scenic land to explore, you can fill your days with adventure—or take it easy, the choice is yours.

8:00-9:00am Breakfast Buffet in the Dining Hall (eat outside or inside)
9:00-10:15am Activity Session 1 (Free childcare available for kids aged 4+, adult activities available, or have some quite time to read by the lake!)
10:30am Check-out of Cabins (You’re still welcome to stay for lunch)
10:30-11:45am Activity Session 2 (Free childcare available for kids aged 4+, adult activities available)
12:00-1:00pm Lunch Buffet Open
1:00-2:15pm Activity Session 3 (family and friends fun, childcare not offered in afternoons)

An entire cabin to yourself - sleeps up to 12 people.
Each rustic cabin has 6 bunk beds to sleep up to 12 people.
SHARED CABIN
Meals + Activities
FROM $196/weekend
$196 per person - additional people at $196 each for the entire weekend.
If you choose to share a cabin, you’ll be placed in a camper cabin with another group of up to 3 people, or, depending on availability, with your small group in a smaller cabin on the camp property. The Camp Director will make the final cabin assignments. All groups of 4 or more will be placed in a full-sized private cabin.

Notes on cabins:
Camp cabins can accommodate up to 12 people.
For larger groups, the ‘Academy’ cabin offers space for 22 guests. It features two separate cabins, each connected by a spacious central gathering room, along with two private single-occupancy rooms. If both cabins are booked together, you'll have access to the central gathering room and the two small private rooms, making it perfect for larger groups or multiple families. Cabins 11-13 are located around a large central outdoor gathering area, complete with a shared fire pit. These cabins are also great for big groups looking to gather and enjoy the outdoors together.
CHECK-IN: 2:00 pm
CHECK-OUT: we ask that you remove your belongings from the cabin by 10:00am so our cleaning staff can prepare the cabins for our youth campers. Activities continue throughout the morning, and Lunch is served at noon. We ask that you depart the camp by 2:00pm
The Fine Print:
Participants under 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their stay at camp. There are no exceptions to this policy. Parents are responsible for their children at all times, except during registered morning childcare sessions. Children should not be left alone in cabins overnight unless parents are nearby, such as in an adjacent campfire area.
Leashed pets are welcome. They can stay in cabins, but may not enter the Dining Hall. Please keep all pets off the swimming beach. The camp is home to wild animals like skunks and porcupines which pose no danger to humans, but may harm pets.
Sparrow Lake Camp is not a licensed facility, so open liquor is not permitted in shared or outdoor spaces.
To ensure everyone’s comfort, we ask that noise near sleeping cabins be kept to a minimum after 10 p.m. The basketball courts will also close at this time. Groups that repeatedly make excessive noise and disturb others may be asked to leave. If your group plans to be louder or play music around the campfire, you can request a more remote fire area where these activities won’t disturb others. Please note that these areas are limited.
A deposit of approximately 30% is required to secure your spot, which will be calculated during checkout when registering. If you need to cancel, please give at least 3 weeks’ notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
All activities and programs are subject to Public Health guidelines and current regulations. If any changes are made to the program or capacity, we will offer a full refund to participants who no longer wish to participate.
