CAMPERSHIP APPLICATION PROCESS
Please complete the form and click submit. The form will be sent directly to our Campership Fund Committee (select members of our Board of Directors)
The Committee will review the information and get back to you with a decision, or to request further documentation regarding your financial needs.
Depending on the amount you are requesting, you may be asked to provide your previous tax year’s Notice of Assessment for all household members, as well as account statements, or proof of other expenses.
We will acknowledge the receipt of all documents and a Board of Directors member will contact you regarding the outcome of the application.
If the application was approved, the committee will inform the Camp registrar of the amount of funding awarded. The registrar will update the account and send the parents an updated statement.
If the application was denied, the Committee will inform the Camp registrar who will contact the parents about other possible options. If no suitable arrangement can be made, the registration would be cancelled and all fees paid by the parents, up to that point, would be refunded.
By submitting the form below you acknowledge that:
1. The information is true and correct.
2. Authorization is hereby given to the Sparrow Lake Camp Campership Committee to obtain such credit information from others, as permitted by law, at any time in connection with the Bursary hereby applied for.
